Defini\u00e7\u00f5es<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d27227f color-scheme-inherit text-left elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d27227f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Para efeitos do presente regime de queixa, entende-se por<\/p><ul><li><em>reclama\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/em> qualquer manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o escrita de insatisfa\u00e7\u00e3o por parte ou em nome do cliente em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao advogado ou \u00e0s pessoas que trabalham sob a sua responsabilidade, no que diz respeito \u00e0 celebra\u00e7\u00e3o e execu\u00e7\u00e3o de um contrato de presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os, \u00e0 qualidade dos servi\u00e7os ou ao montante dos honor\u00e1rios, n\u00e3o se tratando de uma queixa na ace\u00e7\u00e3o da sec\u00e7\u00e3o 4 da Lei dos Advogados;<\/li><li><em>queixoso:<\/em> o cliente ou o seu representante que apresenta uma queixa;<\/li><li><em>respons\u00e1vel pelas reclama\u00e7\u00f5es: <\/em>o advogado respons\u00e1vel pelo tratamento da queixa;<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-70b7edf elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"70b7edf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a3ba184 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a3ba184\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Artigo 2.\u00ba - \u00c2mbito de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0e11f4a color-scheme-inherit text-left elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0e11f4a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol><li>Este sistema de queixas do escrit\u00f3rio aplica-se a qualquer acordo de compromisso entre o advogado e o cliente.<\/li><li>O advogado deve assegurar o tratamento das reclama\u00e7\u00f5es em conformidade com o sistema de reclama\u00e7\u00f5es do gabinete.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6fcbfb1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"6fcbfb1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-906f0ad elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"906f0ad\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Artigo 3.\u00ba - Objectivos\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4d34abc color-scheme-inherit text-left elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4d34abc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>O objetivo deste regime de queixas \u00e9 o seguinte<\/p><ol style=\"list-style: upper-alpha;\"><li>Estabelecer um procedimento para tratar de forma construtiva as queixas dos clientes num per\u00edodo de tempo razo\u00e1vel;<\/li><li>Estabelecer um procedimento para identificar as causas das queixas dos clientes;<\/li><li>manter e melhorar as rela\u00e7\u00f5es existentes atrav\u00e9s de um tratamento adequado das queixas;<\/li><li>formar o pessoal na resposta \u00e0s queixas centrada no cliente;<\/li><li>Melhorar a qualidade dos servi\u00e7os atrav\u00e9s do tratamento e da an\u00e1lise das queixas.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f0b23b2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"f0b23b2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-19a1f20 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"19a1f20\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Artigo 4.\u00ba - Informa\u00e7\u00e3o no in\u00edcio da presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2ceb748 color-scheme-inherit text-left elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2ceb748\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol><li>Este sistema de queixas do escrit\u00f3rio foi tornado p\u00fablico. Antes de celebrar o contrato de presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os, o advogado deve informar o cliente de que disp\u00f5e de um sistema de queixas do escrit\u00f3rio e de que este se aplica aos servi\u00e7os prestados.<\/li><li>O advogado incluiu no contrato de compromisso, atrav\u00e9s das condi\u00e7\u00f5es gerais, a parte ou organismo independente ao qual uma queixa n\u00e3o resolvida ap\u00f3s tratamento pode ser submetida para obter uma decis\u00e3o vinculativa e deu conhecimento desse facto na confirma\u00e7\u00e3o do compromisso.<\/li><li>As queixas referidas no artigo 1.\u00ba do presente regulamento que n\u00e3o sejam resolvidas ap\u00f3s tratamento ser\u00e3o objeto de um parecer vinculativo.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-002676c elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"002676c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9c62260 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9c62260\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Artigo 5.\u00ba - Procedimento interno de reclama\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f8daacc color-scheme-inherit text-left elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f8daacc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol><li>Se um cliente se dirigir ao advogado com uma queixa, esta ser\u00e1 encaminhada para outro advogado do escrit\u00f3rio, que actuar\u00e1 como respons\u00e1vel pelas queixas. Caso n\u00e3o exista tal pessoa, Thomas Der Bedrosian actua como respons\u00e1vel pelas reclama\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/li><li>O funcion\u00e1rio respons\u00e1vel pelas queixas notificar\u00e1 a pessoa objeto de queixa da apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o da queixa e dar\u00e1 ao queixoso e \u00e0 pessoa objeto de queixa a oportunidade de explicar a queixa.<\/li><li>A pessoa contra a qual foi apresentada uma queixa tenta chegar a uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o em conjunto com o cliente, quer seja ou n\u00e3o ap\u00f3s a interven\u00e7\u00e3o do funcion\u00e1rio respons\u00e1vel pelas queixas.<\/li><li>O respons\u00e1vel pela queixa deve resolver a queixa no prazo de quatro semanas a contar da sua rece\u00e7\u00e3o ou notificar o queixoso de qualquer desvio em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a este prazo, indicando o prazo em que ser\u00e1 emitido um parecer sobre a queixa.<\/li><li>O instrutor da queixa comunicar\u00e1 por escrito ao queixoso e \u00e0 pessoa objeto da queixa o parecer sobre o m\u00e9rito da mesma, acompanhado ou n\u00e3o de recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/li><li>Se a queixa for resolvida de forma satisfat\u00f3ria, o queixoso, o funcion\u00e1rio respons\u00e1vel pela queixa e a pessoa objeto da queixa assinam a decis\u00e3o sobre o m\u00e9rito da queixa.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9833dad elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"9833dad\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-629c851 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"629c851\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Artigo 6.\u00ba -
